Frequently asked questions
- Only if reported stolen. Always get a receipt with the seller's name, Emirates ID number, and the iPhone IMEI. We provide this receipt by default on every buy-back transaction.
- Only after the contract is fully paid. Carrier-locked iPhones get bricked remotely if instalments stop. Buyers can verify this through the IMEI checker - and they will.
